			The cork filled rubber bonded wheels are used for grinding, semi-finish and super-finish operations. We reach the whole range of finish by combining the hardness of the bond, the filler and the grit size: from polish mirror to a very technical and constant surface finish of about 0,04µ Ra. The cutting capacity together with its excellent finish, is higher than similar wheels on the market which allows the process to be shortened and faster. These wheels are highly appreciated for any application where the feed speed is of vital importance. The representative applications are in the field of the shock absorbers and struts, bearings, piston pins, steering rod racks, chromed plated bars, stainless steel and alloyed parts.
