Semi-hard rubber bonded wheels with a good cutting capacity and an excellent finish. The applications are very large but this product is particularly suitable for grinding and finishing hypodermic needles, surgical scalpels, reeds and combs for the textile industry, etc… Their application as honing stones for machines like Supfina, Nagel or Thielenhaus is becoming highly successful with hardened steel and chrome plated parts. They have given a higher performance and superior finish in comparison with standard vitrified bonds.
