Hard rubber bonded centerless feed wheels. We offer 3 basic hardnesses: standard for general applications (RL), semi-hard mainly for infeed grinding (R13) and hard to extra- hard bond in V7RS (grit 80 to 280) for strong pressure applications. With these options, we practically offer a range of products which work on any type of throughfeed and infeed application.Their higher performance compared with other wheels is the result of a carefully controlled manufacturing process. The uniformity and consistency of our products require fewer dressing periods and obtain a precision which satisfies the most demanding quality control rates. By special request, we produce wheels with slots and metal cores inserted which are cured together with the rubber. Besides the standard applications, some of our customers are using these wheels to grind and finish aluminium balls, for chamfering uncooked wall tiles, for thread grinding as well as grinding and polishing stellite parts of the valve seats.
